As we have monitors on all our servers, chances are we are already aware of the issue and our team are working on a speedy resolution.


Keeping ahead of the glitches that technology throws at us is a continuous challenge. This is why we have multiple servers in multiple locations as a fail-safe. But, even then there are external network factors that can sometimes come into play. All issues are fully investigated to make sure they cannot reoccur.
